As the consummate entrepreneur, I have been closely involved in the starting, operating, buying and selling of numerous businesses in a multitude of industries over the past 35 years. I helped build a $20MM chain of Jiffy Lube service centers; developed over $70MM in commercial real estate; helped manage a $125MM conglomerate comprising of 12 companies involved in health insurance products and services, private investigation, product development, manufacturing and distribution, software development and sales, importing and exporting, mezzanine financing funds; co-founded and ran a $20MM corporate entertainment complex; and purchased and grew a food manufacturing company by 20X within the first 5 years.
In addition to hands on operational and financial roles, I have helped to sell numerous businesses for millions of dollars.
Throughout these endeavors, I found that developing strong systems for operational efficiencies, coupled with sales and marketing, have been cornerstones to building a solid business that will garner the highest possible value when it becomes time to sell.
And that is why I founded Pathway Companies – to use our experiences to help other business owners build better businesses, make more money and enhance enterprise value.
We are seasoned professionals with decades of hands-on experience. We work collaboratively. We also work very closely with strategic partners. This allows us to provide you with the highest level of service – regardless of the business or industry.
