Why do I need business consulting?
You may not need consulting..if you are happy with the results you are getting from your business; if you are happy with the quality of life it affords you; if you can’t think of anything that you struggle with; if don’t have any difficulty making changes and improvements and if you sleep well at night knowing that you are doing everything that you can be doing and you are making as much money as you’d like to be doing…then it doesn’t sound like you need a business adviser.
However, if you do struggle with any of these and you find that you need more help or hands on guidance than our Pathway Business and Start Up Academies can offer to you, then business consulting might be for you.

What does a business consultant do?
What we do at Pathways is work very closely with you to figure out what you need, where you struggle and how we can help you implement change. Quite honestly, we use some of the foundations in our Business Academy because it is just so wonderfully crafted. It develops a base line of knowledge and understanding of your business.
From there we can delve deeper and explore further. We can help clarify, expand thinking, fine tune thoughts and processes and generally facilitate the business enhancement process.
Once we have helped develop the game plan for helping you fix, grow, expand, diversify and otherwise improve your business, we work with you to figure out what needs to be done, in what order, by whom, how, when, where, etc. We will work with you to help assure that whatever changes or decisions that are made are continually counter balanced with the fundamentals of the business and most importantly will have a highly probability of showing a strong return on investment.
What can a business consultant help me with?
Because each business and each owner is different, we don’t offer a set script or a pre packaged consulting engagement. Our primary focus is on increasing revenue and improving profits. We also can help you with reducing costs, improving operations, expanding your business, implementing financial controls, developing sales and marketing strategies, improving your web presence, etc. While we manage the entire process, as needed, we match you with the professional guidance and implementation services you require.
I don’t have a business yet, do I still need a consultant or coach?
Absolutely.
